Who we are. This website (amorfati.si) is operated by Amor Fati, računalniške storitve, d.o.o., a company registered in Slovenia (the "Company", "we", "us"). For privacy questions, contact hello@amorfati.si or reply to any message from us.
Scope. This policy covers visitors to this website, people we contact on LinkedIn or by email, and clients of the scoping call.
What this website collects. This is a simple informational website. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data. If you email us using an address on this site, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write, and we use it only to reply and to keep a record of the enquiry. We do not use this website to build profiles of visitors.
Business contacts via LinkedIn. We write to decision makers at companies on LinkedIn and by email. We use publicly available data: your name, job title and company from your LinkedIn profile, data from the company's LinkedIn page and website, and data from public business registers. We do not buy contact lists. LinkedIn invitations and messages are sent with HeyReach, from the personal profile of Bor Cerar Lampič or of a person acting for Amor Fati under a written agreement. We keep contacts and conversations in Notion. If you reply that you want no more messages, we remove you at once and for good, and keep a note of that only so we can respect it reliably.
The scoping call and recording. For the call we process what you send us when booking through Cal.com (name, company, team size, email address, invoicing details) and your answers to the questions before the call. The call runs on Google Meet. We record it only with your permission, which we ask for when you book and again at the start of the call; you can withdraw it at any time. We record audio only. Soniox transcribes the audio, and we prepare your report from the transcript. Without permission we do not record and work from notes.
Cookies. This website uses only what is strictly necessary to serve the pages. It does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not follow individual visitors: we see only totals, such as how many people opened each page and which site they came from. The booking calendar on the Slovene pages is shown by Cal.com and loads only when you scroll near it.
Legal bases (GDPR). Business communication with companies: legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f). Running the call and invoicing: contract under Article 6(1)(b) and legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c). Recording the call: your consent under Article 6(1)(a).
Sharing. We do not sell personal data or give it to third parties for marketing. Providers that work on our instructions process it: Cloudflare (website hosting and visit counts), Cal.com (booking), HeyReach (LinkedIn messages), Notion (contact records), Google (video call), Soniox (transcription) and our email provider. We share data with authorities only where the law requires it.
Retention. We keep business contact data as long as it is relevant to the business relationship. We keep call recordings, transcripts and reports for 12 months after the last contact, or until the end of the engagement if you become a client for an implementation. We keep invoices as long as the law requires.
Earlier messages. Until September 2026 we wrote to private practices and similar businesses. We keep the data from those lists (business name, publicly listed contact details and our notes) in our contact records. If you want yours deleted, email hello@amorfati.si.
Your rights. Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. To exercise them, email hello@amorfati.si. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovenian supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec RS), www.ip-rs.si.
International. We are based in the European Union. If any provider processes data outside the EU, we use appropriate safeguards.
Changes. We may update this policy. The "last updated" date shows the current version.
